TDSB changes the way students can be accepted into specialized programs. It is no longer through a lottery system.
The students must have
- applications
- cover letter (why are you better than 98% of the applicants, not what you have done)
- report cards (G7 and G8 Nov progress report)
- audition (for Art programs at Claude, Etobicoke school for the arts) Note: Music VA, dance, media, drama
- tell me about this image
- entrance exam (enriched math/science) Note: Math/Science questions are at a high school level
- teacher's reference
