Vaccine dates

 Attention all parents, guardians and caregivers of Grade 7 & 8 students:

The Toronto Public Health (TPH) will be holding a free vaccination clinic at Cummer Valley Middle School on Friday October 24^th, 2025.  This clinic will offer Hepatitis B, Human Papillomavirus (HPV) and Meningococcal vaccines.  The vaccines available at the school clinics are not free at doctor’s offices.  Protect your child against meningitis and cancer.

Packages are being provided to the Grade 7 students to take home.  The Grade 8 students did not get a consent package to take home, but the consent package/form is available through the Toronto Public Health website www.toronto.ca/SchoolVaccines.  Please have the consent form completed, signed and returned to your child’s teacher as soon as possible before the clinic date, preferably by Friday October 3^rd, 2025.
