- draw two triangles for each of the following set of criteria

- determine if these triangles are congruent or similar in shapes.

It has been so cold her in Toronto, and many student are sick.  As I speak, Andy, Felix and Maya are coughing constantly!  This year, we have a really unusual, strange and peculiar teacher teaching us.  [then give examples and tell them why he is strange]

Use the drawing tools in Word and draw the following quadrilaterals.  Name each shape
- two parallelograms
- two rhombus
- two right trapezoids
- two trapezoids
- two rectangles
- two squares

- learn to fill the interior with colour and patterns; change the thickness of the perimeter

- in Google Doc, go to Insert, find the drawing function, and shapes to perform the same task

- this Friday, November 24: spelling test on homonyms.  Sentences will be read to you with homonyms, and you need to dictate the entire sentence

- Kwok has to teach night school on Thursday evening, and unable to meet parents.  I will be available all day Friday Nov 17, from 8:15am to 3pm
- if parents need to see me on Friday afternoon, please send a note with students and I will schedule a time
- develop a plan and discuss with parents what you can do to improve for the next few months. Next report will have marks, and will go home in mid February
